Priyanka Chopra is a former Miss World and Indian Actress. Before that she worked as a model and got fame after winning the Miss World title in the year 2000. Priyanka born on 18th July 1982 in Jemshedpur to Ashok Chopra and Madhu Akhauri both are Physicians by profession. Priyanka has a brother, Siddarth who is seven years younger than she is. She began college at Jai Hind College in Mumbai, but left after winning the Miss World Crown.

Chopra got second place at Femina Miss India in the year 2000 competition winning the Femina Miss India World title and subsequently being sent to Miss World where she was crowned Miss World in the year 2000. In the year 2009 Priyanka was represented as a judge for the Miss World competition held in South Africa.

Priyanka Chopra made her debut in the year 2002 in Tamil film Thamizhan. In the year 2003, she performed in her first Bollywood film The Hero: Love story of a Spy. The film was neither positive nor negative in the box office. After that she appeared in Andaaz, this was a bux office success and got Filmfare Best Female Debut Award and nomination for Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award. Later she performed many more Bollywood movies and she is in the top position in the Bollywood Movie Industry.
